We offer a few variations of our houses at present. However, we are not a custom home manufacturer. Our standard model as seen above. It is 1040 SF house which can be expanded to 1400 SF. The smaller unit is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom floorplan. This unit can be expanded to 1400 SF and 3 bedroom/3 bathrooms floorplan.  By removing a window in each bedroom and replacing it with an outside door allows for a shared living environment. Or the smaller unit can be basically cut in half to become a small house with 1 bedroom/1 bathroom.

Global 1 Habitats utilizes the benefits of HIGH VOLUME manufacturing to produce modular homes.  Homes will be built in a portable manufacturing facility onsite at the development at a rapid pace. Developers desiring 100 or more homes are our ideal clients. 

Environmentally responsible methods and materials commonly used in home construction are built and assembled using our patent pending parts and processes.      

All our models come complete with all appliances, fixtures, and interior & exterior finishes.
